VAM®
is based on the idea of reshaping solid substances (minerals), into the form easiest to absorb by plants and animals. Vibro activation leads to the great improvement of existing manufacturing processes and final products in various industries - Viridisfarm-AS focus is Agriculture.
Technological procedures using VAM® are based on the function of new constructed vibro-machine with applications in the field of grinding (crushing) substances. The process of grinding takes place under special dynamic conditions, and this procedure leads to significant changes not only the particle size, but even their energy status and increase their reaction capabilities (their activation).
Our patented VAM® technology activate minerals on 3 levels:
- Micronization - particles sized even below 1µ
- vibro-activation - openig mineral christal lattices enabling easier and more efficient connecting to other substances
- electro-activation - ionization of all particles makes them act as a magnet to other substances (like heavy metals or plastic residues etc.) safely removing them from the organizm or enables minerals to be better and faster absorbed by living cells
This is a unique process which allows better ion exchange and improves bio efficiency. Particles are reduced to even down to 0.5µ in diameter which is better result than any other technology could provide by quite a margin.
Numerous studies have shown that the introduction and use of VAM® is not only reasonable but is becoming necessity in unpredictable weather caused by global warming. Plants become more resistant to harsh conditions, have better photosyntesis, improved sprouting, extended florishing time, bigger produce and are significantly healthier for consumption.
Efficiency of (for example) VibroSORB® (made from zeolit) is directly in corelation to the number of particles (zeolit is not soluble).
